Booked double room, that included a safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making machines. The hotel served sensational and fine breakfast with particularly good smoked salmon, rolls and rare beef, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, we had a great time during a ski weekend. the room was luxurious and had a large balcony facing south, which was a highlight!

King room was attractive and amazingly comfortable had down pillows.

The hotel has an exceptional location near the cable car. The staff are very helpful and delightful. There are plenty of areas to explore nearby, including the center of Klosters. The hotel is within walking distance to Gasthaus Casanna, where you can enjoy eating outside.

We felt right at home at this lovely ski hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the welcome note in our room to the hot water bottles in our beds. the location is fantastic, just across from the cable car and train station. the facilities were excellent, allowing us to freshen up after checking out before heading back to the airport. True hospitality!

We had a long, delayed journey to Alpina, but were greeted warmly at 01:30 am with a welcome drink and efficient check-in. the bed had hot water bottles and although it was hard, we had an excellent sleep. Our spacious room had wooden floors, a big balcony with a view over the valley, and charming personalized notes on the door, at breakfast, and on the pillow. the location was brilliant, right across from the Gondola and train station. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were able to use the spa to shower and change before leaving. We'll definitely be back. Cons: Nothing for us. 🌟.

Our family had a wonderful time skiing in the Parsenn area, one of the most famous skiing and hiking areas in Switzerland. The clear Grison mountain air was invigorating, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and well-groomed slopes. After a day of skiing, we loved coming back to the hotel and taking advantage of the gym's fantastic facilities. The treadmill, cross-trainer, Bike Excite, Bike Recline, and the power station Unica provided a wide variety of options for staying active and in shape during our stay. It was a great way to unwind and recharge for the next day's adventures.

My children wished there was a dedicated play area for families with children.

Spent Christmas here and it was wonderful! The staff were accommodating and really made the holiday special. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lifts and train station. The sauna was great after a day of skiing and the breakfast was delicious! They even had a special Christmas breakfast which was a nice touch. Another perk was the upgrade we received to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

That we didn't book our dinner reservations early enough and ended up having to wait for a table. It would have been nice if the front desk had reminded us to make a reservation when we checked in or offered to help find a reservation elsewhere.

My children wanted more outdoor play areas for families with kids.

the room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities like fresh flowers, Lindor chocolates, and free Wi-Fi. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, and we loved the free pass for local transport, mountain railways, and cable cars. a fantastic value in a great location.

The swimming pool water was too cold for our liking.

This hotel was amazing! I loved how it was just across the road from the train station and cable car. The staff were the most helpful and delightful people I have ever met, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-kept, and the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the lobby at Alpina was warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the location couldn't have been better, right across from the train station and main lift. Being centrally located made it convenient to explore the area. the breakfast spread at the hotel was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options including smoked salmon, eggs cooked to order, and a selection of pastries, cheeses. Despite being close to the train station, I didn't notice any noise disturbance. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 👌.

The room was clean and the shower was great. the location was perfect, very close to the lifts and the city center. the breakfast was satisfying with a good selection of food and beverages. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacked proper heating. We were sweating the whole night, even with the window open.
